Judgment
before motion.

I lead business development for telehealth and peptides at Lucyd. My work starts with a conversation about the business behind the growth question.

The through line

Understand the person before you optimize the path.

I have worked across advertising, sales, partnerships, and early-stage businesses. The titles change. The useful question tends to stay close to the same: who is this for, why should they choose it, and can the business make good on the promise?

The answers connect audience understanding to positioning, and positioning to acquisition. When those pieces disagree, more activity rarely fixes the underlying problem. When they line up, the business has a clearer signal to work from.

In practice

Commercially serious. Curious about the details.

At Lucyd, I help founders clarify the context around a growth decision and determine whether managed acquisition through a growth pod is a sensible fit.

That means asking about the audience, the offer, the path after the click, and the constraints that make a plan realistic. It also means being direct when the timing, promise, or operating model needs more work first.

These notes are where I work through the questions I hear often: customer trust, specialization, acquisition economics, and the difference between a business that looks busy and one that gives someone a reason to choose.
